Shipping Policy

Shipping address must match billing address.

All orders are processed within one (1) business day and mailed within one (1) business day. Shipping is dependent on USPS availability, and weekends or holidays, inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen incidents may delay shipping times. Once items are provided to the carrier, we are unable to control delivery times, and as a company, we make no guarantee in regard to how quickly an item will arrive once your package is given to the carrier. 

Once your item has been accepted by USPS, the carrier may experience unexpected delays in delivering the item to you, and these instances are unfortunately out of our hands. We will monitor shipments through delivery, and if needed, work with you and USPS to identify any shipment issues and resolutions. 

We ship all products via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes insurance coverage for your shipment in the case of loss or damage.
